ScubaDivePhilippines.com is division of Blue Horizons Travel and Tours, Inc. Blue Horizons is a regional travel expert, the Philippines’ leading independent tour operator, and has been established for over 26 years.

Employing over 100 staff and with our Head office based in Manila we provide a full range of travel services, including flights, accommodation, transfers and travel insurance to both inbound and outbound clients to the Philippines. Our diving website staff are both Filipinos and foreign nationals who have spent many years in the country and are enthusiastic supporters of both the underwater world here and the country itself.
